"Church in the Woods" considers it's congregation all the "lost sheep" of the Raleigh, NC area, specifically our homeless population.
For these so often feel like too much like outsiders; they so often think of themselves as too dirty, too addicted, too messed up, to feel comfortable in a "nice church."
Jesus does not want them left out! He wants their needs, both physical and spiritual, met. We must bring "church" to them if they feel unable or uncomfortable with entering a church building.
"Church in the Woods," in "circuit riding" style, brings prayer, food, needed items, friendship and guidance to homeless in and around Raleigh.
We want to be a bridge for them, helping them take that first step toward reintegration with society. As well as taking the step into Salvation in Jesus.

Beyond Imagination exists to bring God's healing and redemptive power to those who struggle with homosexuality and other sexual addictions. By coming along side those who struggle--offering them love, compassion, encouragement, exhortation and an understanding of the issues--our hope is that the struggler will grow spiritually, emotionally and mentally. Our desire is that their minds be renewed and that they gain strength to resist temptation. Ultimately, we hope for them to develop a passionate relationship with Jesus Christ, released into their callings as men and women of God.

To provide a helping hand to the Apex & Holly Springs (NC) community - in the form of food or crisis financial aid - to those in our community whose ability to sustain independent living is threatened by unexpected circumstances: illness, car or home repairs, decrease in wages, etc. WWCM helps our neighbors in need solely through community donations. Our neighbors include the owner of a tree removal company whose work was affected by the drought; the waitress at a local restaurant who was in a car accident; the house painter who is in between jobs; the school bus driver who has an insulin dependent child; the grandmother who cannot make ends meet on a limited social security income; and the manager who was laid off from a large company that was downsizing.

Navigators have invested our lives in people for over 75 years, coming alongside them one to one to study the Bible, develop a deepening prayer life, and memorize and apply Scripture.
An interdenominational, nonprofit organization, The Navigators is dedicated to helping people navigate spiritually, to know Christ and to make Him known as they look to Him and His Word to chart their lives.
Our ultimate goal is to equip them to fulfill 2 Timothy 2:2—to teach what they have learned to others.

YouthWorks focuses on ministry. Although we use work projects as a way to see the love of Christ, it is not an end all. We do not call our trips “work camps” or spotlight a repaired house, instead the “works” in our name are about what God will do in our lives if we allow it. We desire to be Christ centered in everything that we do.

We firmly believe there is a need for people to have their homes painted and rehabilitated; a need for children to learn about the Bible through music, stories and games; and a need to serve existing community ministries. We know that paint on houses will eventually chip off, and that stories and games may be forgotten in time, but the relationships you develop with community members will create a vehicle for ministry to occur for a long time in the future. Come ready to experience the joy of being the hands and feet of Christ!
